滾壓復(fù)合機主要由放卷、復(fù)合輥組、加熱冷卻、收卷及控制系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成。放卷裝置平穩(wěn)放出塑料薄膜、紙張、金屬箔等原材料。復(fù)合輥組是核心,至少有一對光滑、耐磨的輥筒。加熱冷卻系統(tǒng)調(diào)控溫度,收卷裝置卷繞復(fù)合后的材料,控制系統(tǒng)精準(zhǔn)調(diào)節(jié)輥筒轉(zhuǎn)速、溫度、壓力等參數(shù)。?

關(guān)鍵技術(shù)參數(shù)影響?

輥筒轉(zhuǎn)速關(guān)乎復(fù)合速度,過快復(fù)合不充分,過慢影響效率,包裝材料復(fù)合時,轉(zhuǎn)速一般每分鐘幾十轉(zhuǎn)到數(shù)百轉(zhuǎn)。溫度對復(fù)合質(zhì)量影響大,過高致材料變形、性能下降,過低復(fù)合強度不足,如鋁箔與聚乙烯薄膜復(fù)合,溫度控制在 120℃ - 150℃。壓力決定材料貼合程度,過小貼合差,過大易損壞材料或使設(shè)備負(fù)載大,實際需根據(jù)材料厚度、硬度等調(diào)節(jié),壓力范圍通常在幾千克力每平方厘米到幾十千克力每平方厘米。
