1、清理設(shè)備：在開機前應(yīng)對設(shè)備的工作臺、機械加工面、電鍍件表面用沾油棉紗進行擦拭，與型材直接接觸部位應(yīng)用干凈的棉紗擦拭干凈，以免污染型材，必要時還可用吹塵對工作臺表面等部位進行吹塵清理；

3、檢查潤滑部位：對于設(shè)備運行中具有相對運動的定動接觸面，如機床導(dǎo)軌表面、各處軸承與軸等處需要潤滑的部位，應(yīng)根據(jù)運動特性等方面的因素，加注潤滑油或潤滑脂進行潤滑。具體設(shè)備機械結(jié)構(gòu)不同，其潤滑部位及潤滑方式也不相同，需視具體設(shè)備而定。開齒穿條機在門窗設(shè)備中大量使用的氣源處理三聯(lián)體，每次開機之前都要檢查其油霧器油杯內(nèi)的油面高度，并使之保持準確的油面高度。

3.
